Loved reading this, Jillian! It is indeed amazing how the seemingly small but also the daunting choices we make -or the unexpected choices made for us by others- can have such life-changing outcomes. I can think of several in our own family. I am excited to read Grace’s book rec! Love The Catch Up! ❤️
I'm thrilled you loved the post and the book recommendations! I'm confident you will love both books! I couldn't agree more... I just thought of a big one for me - If Allison hadn't picked USC for college, then Edwin and I never would have met! A decision I didn't even make that changed my whole life. Stay tuned for next week! xo
Loved reading this today—those pink Rachel comey pants are going in to my cart, just in time for Hawaii! Thank you! J and I also think about how life would be different if we hadn’t (sometimes painstakingly) made the choices we’ve made. It makes all of the little decisions feel worth the weight we sometimes put on them. Now if only we were actually having a glass of wine and endless time, because there is always so much to catch up on!
I couldn't agree more. I mean, what if the higher powers that be at Boulder hadn't matched us together... I don't want to think about that alternate life! It does make all the thought into every day decisions seem worth it and all for a reason. Love you!
I loved your post so much! Something I've truly thought about so I loved reading your alternate lives. I'm so glad our actual lives brought us both to Charleston and to being friends! x
